We started the plans for our organic food truck in the winter of 2013. We launched the Fire On High Organic Food Truck in November of 2014. Combining our God given talents (hence the name Fire On High), with our extensive experience and passion cooking for people, and a desire for providing wholesome, natural foods of superior nutritional integrity and delicious taste.
We believe that healthy plants and animals raised
with care and integrity provide the best tasting,
most flavorful and nutritious food.
Our full service organic menu offers delicious new alternatives to popular mainstays, all made without harmful additives, antibiotics, chemicals, pesticides, growth hormones or genetic modification.
Our menu changes according to season, weather, availability of ingredients, and the personal creativity of our chefs.
