Yes. For the food truck, we have a catering minimum of $600 for events Monday-Thursday, and a minimum of $750 for weekend events, before tax and gratuity. If your event doesn't meet these minimums, consider placing a delivery or pick-up order!

For pick-up or delivery orders feeding up to 50 people, let us know by 11am the business day prior and we should be able to make it happen! For pick-up or delivery orders feeding more than 50 people, we require at least 48 hours notice. If you're interested in booking the truck for an event, we recommend getting in touch as soon as you have a date in mind, as our availability varies widely depending on the day and season.

Absolutely. We have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available upon request. Just let us know how many in your order.

Fire On High is typically booked 3-4 weeks out, so please be sure to contact us with ample time to schedule and book your event. An event is not considered to be booked until Fire On High has recieved your booking fee and a signed contract (if applicable).

We supply all plate ware, utensils, napkins, condiments etc. that would be needed. If this is a delivery or pickup order, let us know what items you will need.

Typically we will arrive 30-60 minutes prior to the scheduled serving time, depending on the number of people being served and the type of setup. This allows us enough time to get everything set and ready to serve. At the conclusion of the service it takes us approximately 30 minutes to clean up before our departure.

Most entrees and sides are fresh and cooked to order, so you may experience a slightly longer wait time. However, a typical order should take no more than 3-5 minutes to prepare

Fire On High's food truck needs to have a relatively level area in which to park. Preferably concrete, blacktop or gravel. The area needs to be no smaller than 18' long by 12' wide with at least 12' of overhead clearance. Our serving window is located on the passenger side of the truck.
